A Kuwaiti woman who engaged in an illicit relationship while married, has been ordered by the First Instance Court to pay KD5,001 as initial compensation to her now ex-husband, for the psychological damages he incurred as a result of her extra-marital relationship.
Lawyer for the ex-husband, Attorney Abdulaziz Al-Enezi, said his client found messages and information on his ex-wife’s telephone, when he had it repaired while they were still married. These messages revealed the extent of his former wife’s deception and her secret affairs with an unidentified lover.
