The Director-General of the World Health Organization (WHO), Dr. Tedros Ghebreyesus paid a visit Wednesday to Kuwait Center for Coronavirus Vaccination Center, accompanied by a number of top Ministry of Health officials. Ghebreyesus also made a similar visit to the Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah Hospital for COVID19 patients.
WHO Director-General arrived in Kuwait on Tuesday to discuss ways to enhance cooperation between Kuwait and the organization.
The WHO chief met with His Highness the Amir Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber AlSabah, His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah, and other officials.
