The Ministry of Interior has warned citizens and residents to beware gangs who impersonate officials of the ministry website and requesting bank data of visitors under the pretext of lifting the travel ban on them for committing violations.
In a statement, the Ministry of Interior asked the public not to respond to such fraudulent messages aimed at stealing private bank data.
It also stressed that it does not and will not ask anyone for bank or banking data.
