Validity of PCR test for arrivals extended to 96 hours instead of 72

Arrivals from the countries on the non ban list have an obligation to obtain a PCR test assuring they are free of the coronavirus, Al Rai reports quoting informed sources, the validity period was increased to 96 hours from the date of examination instead of 72 hours. This means that before coming to the country, the traveler can conduct the test 4 days before traveling instead of 3.

The daily said, quoting sources, that the health conditions are still being assessed, including reviewing the list of the 31 banned countries, and the 14-day quarantine period imposed on returnees from abroad.
