Ambassador of Uzbekistan to Kuwait H E Bakrom Aloev has been promoted as Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs in a recent reshuffle at the Uzbek foreign ministry.
H E Furkat Sidikov, the current Deputy Foreign Minister, has been promoted as the First Deputy Foreign Minister.
Ambassador Aloev has served in Kuwait for around 8 years and was the Dean of the Asian Diplomatic community. He has several notable achievements during his tenure including starting direct flights to Uzbekistan, increasing bilateral trade and also taking relations to a new level of engagement.
