The Communication and Information Technology Regulator Authority (CITRA) website is facing a technical glitch, the causes of which have not yet been determined.
Informed sources revealed to Al-Rai that a specialized team from the authority is trying to determine the type of defect and its causes, to ascertain whether it is due to technical reasons or an attempt at piracy.
The sources stated that the authority will manually activate the customs service at the airport in addition to the authority’s headquarters, in order not to disrupt the work and interests of citizens, until the authority’s website return to normal work.
