Trump wants ‘all voting to stop’

US President Donald Trump said early Wednesday that he wants “all voting to stop.” In remarks in the East Room at the White House, Trump said “we were getting ready to win this election. Frankly, we did win this election.”

He added “millions and millions of people voted for us. A very sad group of people is trying to disenfranchise that group of people,” he noted. He continued “we were getting ready for a big celebration. We were winning everything. And all of a sudden it was just called off.”

“This is a fraud on the American public. This is an embarrassment to our country,” he remarked.

He stressed “we will be going to the US Supreme Court. We want all voting to stop. “This is a fraud on the American public. This is an embarrassment to our country,” he stressed.

“It’s a very sad moment to me, a very sad moment, and we are going to win this,” he said. He reiterated “as far as I’m concerned we already have won this, so I want to thank all of our supporters and I want to thank everybody that worked with us.”

This comes as no winner has been determined yet in the presidential election as several key states have still to be called.
