The Deputy Director of the Treated Water Control Center Project at the Ministry of Works, Ahmed Al-Azmi, announced the treated water has been supplied to Al-Wafra and Abdali farms benefitting about 3,800 farmers.
Al-Azmi said that the ministry has a plan to raise the quantities of water that will be pumped to Al-Wafra and Al-Abdali farms after the implementation of the current projects, by separating the Al-Abdali farms water line from the Al-Wafra farms line to increase the absorptive capacity of these two lines, reports Al-Rai daily.
