The General Administration of Civil Aviation announced that a person can travel and return with the same ‘PCR’ certificate issued by Kuwait if the person returns within 72 hours.
The administration clarified on its Twitter account that the 72-hour travel period should be from the time the sample was taken to the date of registration on the flight.
