Travel procedures around the world

The travel measures taken by many countries of the world reiterates the effectiveness of the Kuwait decision that requires the citizen to be vaccinated before traveling, Al-Rai reported.

Many countries have opened their borders to the tourists but on the condition that they are vaccinated, and therefore are exempted from the PCR examination and quarantine, such as Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Jordan, Turkey, and Georgia.

While tourist countries classified many countries in various colors according to the situation of the pandemic. Some countries set requirements such as a PCR examination 72 hours before travel, with no quarantine upon arrival, including Lebanon, Egypt, France, Greece, and the United States.

Some countries and capitals also kept the quarantine requirement for varying periods, such as Britain (10 days), Abu Dhabi, and Tunisia (5 days).

Some countries are still closed to tourists, such as the Sultanate of Oman, Iraq, China, India, Azerbaijan, the Netherlands, Poland, Germany, and while some of them are expected to issue new decisions to open borders to tourists with specific conditions.
