Toyota Dream Car Art Contest, one of the largest global art contests for children, invites participation from all corners of the globe to share ideas about the future of mobility by drawing their dream cars. The contest aims to cultivate children’s imagination and artistic expression through the creation of artworks.
In Kuwait, Mohamed Naser Al-Sayer & Sons, a subsidiary of ALSAYER Holding, has invited entries for the 14th Toyota Dream Car Art Contest 2020. ALSAYER is conducting this event to profile the best talent and choose National Winners, who will be eligible to represent Kuwait in the World Toyota Contest. Winners will be announced and awarded with certificates and attractive prizes.
At the World Contest in Japan, the jury will select Best Finalist from each age category. This year’s grand prize winners, as well as special award winners, and their representative schools will be receiving attractive cash rewards to be utilized for academics, in line with the terms and conditions of the contest.
ALSAYER ensures all necessary Covid-19 protocols are in place for the safety to conduct this activity.
There are three age categories for the contest: Under 8 years; 8-11 years; and 12-15 years.
Guidelines for the contest: Selected ALSAYER showrooms are distributing free A3 size drawing sheets. Parents or guardians can collect it from ALSAYER Jahra Showroom, Fahaheel Service Center, Rai Showroom, Aswaq Al Qurain Showroom, Ardiyah Delivery Center, and the Parts Center Sharq.
Deadline to submit finished drawing sheets is on or before: 16 December, 2020, at ALSAYER Holding, Building 2, Shuwaikh Free Zone.
Eligibility: The contest is open to anyone in Kuwait, aged 15 years old or younger.
Terms & Conditions: The images should be hand-drawn, color artwork of the artist’s ‘Dream Car’. The artwork should also include a brief about the illustrated dream car. Any standard drawing medium can be used for the artwork, including coloring pencils, crayons, watercolors, or markers. However, no digital drawings, or those resembling previous Toyota Dream Car Contest drawings, famous paintings or trademarked characters will be accepted for the contest.
Keep in mind that the artwork could be viewed by people from around the world, so children should aim to bring out the full creativity and expression to their dream car drawing.
