On the auspicious occasion of the 58th anniversary of the National Day and the 28th anniversary of the Liberation Day of the State of Kuwait, I have the honor to extend heartfelt congratulations and warmest wishes to the State of Kuwait and her people. Kuwait has made a remarkable advancement domestically and internationally over the past years.
I am confident that the Kuwaiti people will enjoy the continued progress and prosperity under the leadership and guidance of His Highness Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al Sabah, Amir of the State of Kuwait. The Kingdom of Thailand and the State of Kuwait have solid and cordial ties for over 56 years. I believe that our bilateral cooperation and relations will continue to be further strengthened for the mutual benefits of our countries and peoples in the years to come.
