The Minister of State for Municipal Affairs, Minister of State for Communications and Information Technology, and Acting Minister of State for Housing and Urban Development, Dr. Rana Al-Faris, announced a tender will be floated for the construction of main roads and infrastructure services for the South Sabah Al-Ahmad Residential City project.
Al-Faris said in a press statement that the project’s infrastructure works will include 4 contracts, and it has been approved to float the tender for the establishment, completion and maintenance of infrastructure services for the main roads in the city during March 2023, reports a local Arabic daily.
Al-Faris affirmed the continuous support of the political leadership, His Highness the Prime Minister and the Council of Ministers to provide decent housing for citizens, and the keenness of the Public Authority for Housing Welfare and all its employees to speed up the completion of contracts for the South Sabah Al-Ahmad Residential City.
