TCIL wins KOC contract to supply specialized manpower

Telecommunications Consultants India Limited (TCIL), a Government of India enterprise, won the Kuwait Oil Company (KOC) contract to supply specialized manpower and precision survey-equipment for the company’s North Kuwait project, Sanjeev Kumar, managing director and chairman announced. The contract, valued at KD4.64 million, extends for a period of 24 months.

TCIL, which successfully executed multiple high value projects in Kuwait and other Middle East countries over the years, has been awarded various projects over the past few months in Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Oman and in its homebase of India.

Telecommunications Consultants India Limited was set up in 1978 for providing expertise in all fields of telecom, Civil and IT to developing countries around the world. Company’s core competence is in the fields of Switching, Transmission Systems, Cellular services, Rural Telecommunication, Optical fiber based backbone trans systems, IT & Networking Solutions, Application Software, e-Governance, 3G Network, WIMAX Technology and also Civil construction projects.

TCIL, which is represented in Kuwait by its local sponsor, Ahmed Yousuf Behbehani Group, has been working in Kuwait for the last four decades providing telecommunication services to the state-owned K-companies, various ministries, GSM operators and others, as well as providing specialized manpower services to these companies.
