Indian government owned Telecommunications Consultants India Limited received an appreciations and award from Ministry of Communication. The award was presented to Mr Anish Agarwal. CEO of TCIL, Kuwait for the efforts, commitments and support during opening of the Liberation Tower to the Public from February 2022.
