I with utmost sadness, grief and sorrow have acknowledged news about the death of His Highness the Emir of the brotherly State of Kuwait Sheikh Sabah Al Ahmad Al Jaber Al Sabah.
Tajikistan Embassy along with the Islamic and Arab world, and people of all friendly nations mourns over the passing away of His Highness the Amir of the State of Kuwait.
At this time of irretrievable loss our prayers and thought are with honorable Al-Sabah family, all friend and brotherly people of Kuwait.
Indeed, Kuwait and the Arab world has lost the most precious man and leader.
May God have mercy on him.
