Meanwhile, the government has denied rumors that it has issued a complete ban on the registration of high-school graduates in some specialties under the central government employment scheme. Registration is open to all who want to work in ministries, government institutions or agencies according to the regulations in force, said an informed sources at the Civil Service Commission (CSC).

Clarifying that high-school certificate holders who are married are now exempted from having to undergo training courses prior to their employment, the source said this was done taking into consideration the difficulties they encounter as they start out in their married life.

As for high-school graduates who are single and under the age of 25, the source said that the door to employment remains open to them,  provided they pass one of the approved training courses in coordination with the CSC and the Public Authority for Applied Education and Training.
