The Ports and Borders Security personnel have arrested the fugitive who had escaped from the country after an ugly incident at the Special Forces camp, immediately upon his return to the country.
The General Administration of Security Relations and Media at the Ministry of Interior said in a statement that “the accused has been transferred to the competent authority to take legal measures against him,” reports Al-Rai daily.
Acting Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Sheikh Talal Al-Khaled had earlier ordered the formation of an investigation committee to look into the incident and determine its circumstances and explain the reasons and repercussions that led to the quarrel and how the suspect escaped.
