On the occasion of the celebrations of the 60th anniversary of the National Day of Kuwait and the 30th anniversary of its Liberation, which this year sadly coincides with the complex circumstances created by the COVID-19 Pandemic, I want to convey personally and on behalf of the Embassy of Spain our message of congratulations to His Highness the Amir Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, the Crown Prince, His Highness Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah and to the People of Kuwait.
I also want to take advantage of this opportunity to express our best wishes to all Kuwaiti people, as well as a message of close friendship from the Spanish Government and People, emphasizing in this special occasion the importance of our historic and fruitful strategic partnership.
