Prison security personnel have arrested a man in uniform working for the Central Prison for attempting to smuggle drugs into the facility.
A security source told Al-Anba that the arrest came following information from that the suspect was intended to smuggle drugs into the Correctional Facility.
Accordingly, the security personnel put the soldier under surveillance and caught him when he was about to enter the facility.
He was detained and during a search a large quantity of narcotic drugs were found hidden inside his underwear.
