The Financial And Administrative Affairs sector of the Ministry of Social Affairs is receiving requests from its employees for internal transfer in all sectors.
The daily added, the requests will be received until the end of this month, according to the controls and procedures in force in this regard, reports Al-Jarida daily
The ministry sources said the internal transfer is limited between the organizational units at the level of all the various sectors of the ministry during April and September annually, with the exception of those in supervisory positions at various levels, and those who work in the specialized fields.
The source explained that the Administrative Affairs Department has received dozens of transfer requests and the ministry will take necessary measures, stressing that the most important requirements for transfer are the approval of the direct officials of the employee, whether the current one (before the transfer) or the one who wishes to transfer to his administration.
On another topic, the sources revealed that the Ministry’s legal affairs sector received many grievances from employees who did make it to the annual assessment benefit for the past fiscal year, through the automated service “Q Barcode”, pointing out that the Investigations and Contracts Department is working to review these grievances and study them extensively to determine the extent of their entitlement to these low evaluations (less than excellent) or their entitlement to the highest.
Meanwhile, on the issued of decisions to form committees to look into the issue of “Kuwaitization” of supervisory jobs in the cooperative societies the Federation of Cooperative Societies and a representative of the concerned cooperative, as well as the joint committee will follow up the implementation of the recent Kuwaitization decisions, and submit periodic reports on employment and its recommendations in this regard.
