The General Department of Drug Control in coordination with the General Department of Land Border Security, managed to arrest smuggler with 10 Kilos of illegal substances and one kilogram of Hashish.
General Department of Drug Control received the information of a large drug smuggling operation through one of Border Centers. Monitoring was intensified, and evidence was gathered was carried out in coordination and cooperation with the Land Border Security Department, a person was observed near the electrical security system. He was subsequently arrested with a bag containing narcotic substances.
The Department stresses that the defendant was referred to the Drug Prosecution where the Competent Authority will take the necessary legal measures against him.
