His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Sabah Al-Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah issued a decision transferring the supervision of the development of the Silk City, ‘Subbiya’ and Boubiyan Island to the Minister of State for Municipal Affairs.
Thus, the Silk City project returns to the ‘Municipality’ custody again, less than a year after transferring its subordination to the Minister of State for Housing and Urban Development.
