The Public Prosecution released Sheikh Fahd Salem Al-Ali on a bail of 5,000 dinars after interrogating him in the complaint submitted by State Security.
The Public Prosecution had earlier ordered the detention of Sheikh Fahd Salem Al-Ali.
A local Arabic daily said the Prosecution had ordered the arrest of Sheikh Al-Ali after a complaint was filed against him by the State Security.
The daily added, Sheikh Fahd Salem Al-Ali has denied the accusations against him.
