Saudi Arabia’s ministry of health said Friday deaths resulting from coronavirus has risen to 47 and infections to 3,651.
Ministry spokesman Dr. Mohammad Al-Abdulaali told a daily press briefing three new deaths resulting from the virus increased fatalities to 47.
He added that 364 people tested positive for the virus to make the total at 3,651. Al-Abdulaali said total recoveries were at 685.
Qatar registers 136 coronavirus cases
Qatar Friday said it registered 136 new coronavirus cases while 21 people recovered from Covid-19.
The ministry of health said total infections rose to 2,512, and added the new cases came from countries infected with the virus or came into close contact with previously-infected patients. The ministry said said total recoveries rose to 227.
