Saudi Arabia confirms 41 coronavirus deaths, Qatar reports 1,201 new cases

Saudi Arabia, on Tuesday, confirmed 41 deaths and 4,267 infections due to the coronavirus.

In its daily report, the health ministry said that the death toll climbed to 1,052 and the infections to 136,315 since the outbreak of the pandemic in the country.

It added that the total number of recoveries reached 89,540 after recording 1,650 new cases during the last hours.

Qatar reports four deaths, 1,201 COVID-19 cases

The Qatari Ministry of Health announced Tuesday four deaths and 1,201 infections of COVID-19 over the past 24 hours.

This brings the Arabian Gulf country’s total number of confirmed infections to 82,077, and deaths to 80, the ministry said in a press statement.

In addition, 1,780 more people were cured, taking the overall count of recoveries to 60,461 since the outbreak of the virus, according to the statement.
