The Minister of Oil, Dr. Khaled Al-Fadhel, is about to refer and file a complaint against oil Ministry officials to the Public Prosecution Office at the behest of the Parliamentary Commission of Inquiry for violations related to irregularities in appointments and promotions, Al Qabas daily reported.
The daily said, quoting sources, the Ministerial Committee, headed by Minister of Justice and Minister of Endowments and Islamic Affairs Fahad Al-Afasy, will begin implementing the recommendations of the Parliamentary Investigation Committee to hold accountable those who engaged in unfair practices in the Kuwait Petroleum Corporation, which were in direct violation of various anti-corruption laws.
