The Al-Durra Domestic Labor Recruiting Company announced the cost of recruiting labor is not commensurate with the revenues it generates and in some cases or rather what it called ‘recruitment processes’ the company stands to lose.
In response to a question by parliamentarian Dr. Abdul Aziz Al-Saqabi, the company stated initially it foots the bill of recruiting labor and has subsequently set the prices for recruiting domestic workers from Philippines 850 dinars, India 460 dinars and Sri Lanka 975 dinars.
