On behalf of the 220,000-strong Filipino community in Kuwait, I convey my warmest congratulations and best wishes to His Highness the Amir Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, and the government and people of Kuwait on the milestone occasion of their 60th anniversary of National Day and the 30th anniversary of Liberation Day.
As we enter the 42nd year of the diplomatic relations between the Philippines and Kuwait, I look forward to strengthening our two countries’ ties for the mutual benefit of the Filipino and the Kuwaiti people.
