On behalf of the Peruvian government and people, I extend my warmest salutation to the friendly State of Kuwait, its Leadership, Government and people, on the occasion of the National Day, and the Liberation Day of the State of Kuwait.
I avail myself of this opportunity to respectfully convey to His Highness the Amir Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, my best greetings and wishes for continued health and wellness. In the same way, to His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Mishaal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, His Highness the Prime Minister, and the kind people of the State of Kuwait.
I wish the friendly people of the State of Kuwait lasting prosperity, success and peace, and I am sure that the friendship and cooperation between Peru and Kuwait will broaden and strengthen, for the mutual benefit of the two countries and its people in the coming years.
As a personal word, I express my sincere gratitude to the State of Kuwait for the warm welcoming I have received since the beginning of my mission in this beautiful country, and renew my commitment to work for the benefit and success of the friendly relations between Peru and Kuwait.
