Personnel from the Jahra Governorate Investigation department have arrested an unidentified person for allegedly breaking into one of the catering branches and a money exchange shop in the Jahra governorate.
The Public Relations and Security Media Department of the Ministry of Interior said after receiving reports security men went in search of the suspect who was reportedly wearing a mask and sunglasses, reports Al-Rai daily.
After the arrest police discovered the vehicle the suspect was driving had number plates of another vehicle just to mislead the securitymen but by intensifying the search and investigation the suspect was identified and arrested.
Police said two cases have been registered against him and he and the seized items have been referred to the competent authorities to take the necessary legal measures against him.
