Airlines obligation to pay for PCR tests for arrivals is postponed until further notice, the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) announced on Thursday, Al Rai daily reported.
This change follows the Cabinet’s decision, which refers to laying the charges on airlines for the cost of conducting a PCR test upon arrivals, and during the quarantine period starting 17 January. In this regard, please note that this decision will be postponed until all technical and regulatory requirements are completed for the procedures until further notice.
