The Public Authority for Manpower expects to implement the new employment policy for nationals on the private sector during the first half of 2023.
The sources told a local Arabic daily that the authority is ready to work with the new ratios as soon as the Ministry of Commerce includes the unified Gulf professional guide in its systems.
The sources confirmed that the percentages target all sectors in accordance with the decision of the Council of Ministers regarding the percentages of national employment, pointing out that the percentages that will be approved are ready and will be announced as soon as the concerned authorities complete the inclusion of the guide in their systems.
