It gives me immense pleasure to extend sincere felicitations on the auspicious occasion of National and Liberation Days of the State of Kuwait. Pakistan attaches great significance to the centuries-old bond of brotherhood between our two countries.
I am confident that the existing amicable bilateral relations will achieve new milestones in the years ahead.
It is heartening to see the immense strides being made by Kuwait in all fields of human endeavor under the far-sighted leadership of His Highness the Amir of Kuwait Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah.
