The Public Authority for Housing Welfare (PAHW) announced the Citizen Service Department has completed 15,237 transactions during September, including 145 new housing requests in addition to what the PAHW called completion of 348 ‘allocation transactions’.
The statistics issued by PAHW shows in the same month, the Citizen Service Department conducted 74 ‘exchange’ transactions, 53 assignments and 84 documentation transactions, in addition to opening 80 new files related to rented housing.
According to the statistics, the reception department submitted 1,717 inquiries and 4,816 ‘To Whom It May Concern’ certificates extracted from the link with the Kuwait Credit Bank, and 1,751 transactions for rent allowance.
