The Public Authority for Civil Information (PACI) announced that the morning timings are from 9 am to 1 pm for Kuwaiti, and GCC citizens, while evening timings 2 pm to 6 pm for expats and bedouns to complete their transactions in the main building in South Surra, Al-Rai daily reported.
Timings 6 am to 6 pm are for all Kuwaiti and expats to visit PACI for receiving their civil ID cards as usual.
PACI has appealed to Kuwaitis and expatriates to book an appointment by visiting the authority’s website www.paci.gov.kw before coming to the building as no transaction will be done for those who don’t have a prior appointment.
All the visitors are requested to adhere to preventative health measures such as social distancing and wearing face masks.
