Health officials, Director of Jahra Health District, Dr. Muhammad Owaidah Al-Ajmi, and Director of Jahra Hospital, Dr. Ghaleb Al-Busais, inaugurated the first phase of the new outpatient clinic building in the new Jahra Hospital, an Arab daily reported. The first phase comprises eight departments: general surgery; ear, nose and throat; eyes; anesthesia; physical medicine; glands and diabetes; diabetic foot; and, therapeutic nutrition.
Dr. Al-Busais said that the clinic will provide medical services to outpatients, and they are expecting 614 daily departmental visits in the first phase during morning and evening time. He added that the second phase, which will include three medical departments– internal, orthopedics and pediatrics– will open on Monday, 10th October.
Furthermore, the official also praised the Minister of Health, Dr. Khaled Al-Saeed, the Undersecretary of the Ministry, Dr. Mustafa Reda, and the Director of the Jahra Health District, Dr. Muhammad Owaidah Al-Ajmi, for their support and the outstanding medical service they provide patients and clients.
