Priya Chandy, a long-time Indian resident in Kuwait passed away on Friday, 5 March at the Amiri Hospital following a heart ailment. Mrs. Chandy, who had been residing in Kuwait for almost 40 years, was briefly hospitalized before succumbing to the disease on Friday.
A well-known and popular figure among the Indian Malaylee community in Kuwait, Mrs. Chandy, who hailed from Trivandrum in the South Indian state of Kerala, is survived by her husband and three daughters.
