Minister of Trade and commerce, Faisal Al-Medlej, confirmed that the Civil Service Bureau had prepared a technical report on the mechanism of staffing the government agencies. A report that included the rules and procedures of hiring individuals for government jobs, Al Anbaa daily reported.
Al-Medlej revealed to the daily that the decision obliges government agencies to reduce the number of expat employees working for them annually.
