The Road Works, Cleaning and Advertising Departments of the Kuwait Municipality, upon instructions and direct follow-up from its Director-General, Eng. Saud Al-Dabbous has removed unlicensed and illegal advertisement billboards put up by citizens contesting the National Assembly elections, reports Al-Qabas daily.
