The Public Relations Department of the Kuwait Municipality announced that the emergency team at the Mubarak Al-Kabeer Municipality during February and March organized several inspection campaigns which resulted removing all that is illegal including encroachments on government property.
The head of the emergency team at the Mubarak Al-Kabeer Municipality Branch, Nasser Al-Hajri, told Al-Jarida daily that the team issued 64 violations and removed 425 violating advertisements.
In this context, the explained that the team removed 425 hoarding of various sizes from the streets and public squares in the governorate, which were placed in a random manner that distorted the aesthetic view of the governorate and caused many accidents.
He added, the team also issued 64 violations and 1861 warnings, in addition to receiving 37 complaints via the hotline of the emergency team in the governorate.
