The Ministry of Public Works has obtained the approval from the Central Agency for Public Tenders (CAPT) to re-float the tender for the construction, operation and maintenance of the South Al-Mutla’a City purification plant and related works.
The Al-Anba daily, quoting ministry sources said the last date for submitting bids is December 28 and that a preliminary meeting regarding the tender will be held on Dec 7, 2021 at the Ministry of Works.
The Ministry had recently submitted a request to CAPT to re-float the tender and submitted related documents including the terms of reference, the annual plan announced included in the tender, the opinion of the fatwa and legislation, the approval of the Ministry of Finance, the conditions to be met by the bidder and the qualifications required to implement the contract.
