Motorcyclists and ATV (all-terrain vehicle) drivers continue their dangerous activities in the open and residential areas, on main roads and other places, putting at risk their lives and the lives of others, because many of them know if they are arrested they will soon be released through the intervention of a parliamentarian or an influential figure, and this is what prompts them to continue their activities.
Security sources stated that this phenomenon is spreading and must be curbed because it not only endangers the lives of drivers but also pedestrians and residents living in these areas.
