The Ministry of Interior has deported 11,000 violators of the residency law, men and women of different nationalities, from 1/1/2023 to 28/4/2023.
Security sources told Al-Rai daily that this comes within the framework of amending the demographics and prosecuting violators of the residency and loose workers upon instructions from the First Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Interior and Acting Minister of Defense Sheikh Talal Al-Khaled, and Undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior Lieutenant General Anwar Al-Barjas who have instructed the security forces to intensify campaigns in all governorates of the country to maintain law and order and target violators.
The sources concluded that the ministry continues to pursue violators, prevent loose workers from working, and collect investigations against those who harbor violators and refer them to the competent authorities.
