The General Department of Security Relations and Media at the Ministry of Interior called on everyone to abide by the laws organizing and the conditions and regulations established for holding gatherings or rallies.
The administration stressed that taking part in gatherings or rallies without obtaining a prior license from the concerned authorities constitutes a violation of the law and is subject to punishment.
The administration clarified that the Ministry of Interior has not issued any permit to hold the gathering referred to on social media sites under the title “a protest pause” and appeals to everyone to abide by the laws organizing in this regard.
