MoH receives new shipment of Pfizer vaccine

The sixth batch of the Pfizer vaccine arrived in Kuwait, and was transferred directly to the Kuwait Vaccination Center, Al-Rai daily reported, quoting informed sources.

The sources reported that the quantity of the shipment totaled 53,820 doses, pointing to the succession of this platform, the arrival of doses on a weekly basis, highlighting to citizens the importance of registering on the online platform to receive vaccinations to protect the individual and his family, and society.

It is noteworthy that the Assistant Undersecretary for Medicines and Medical Equipment at the Ministry of Health, Dr. Abdullah Al-Badr, had previously announced that the sixth batch of the (Pfizer-Biontech) vaccine against the Coronavirus will arrive in the country today, Sunday.

He stressed the State of Kuwait’s keenness to confront the Coronavirus pandemic and that vaccination while adhering to health requirements is the only way to alleviate the problem of this epidemic that all countries of the world are enduring.
