The Ministry of Health has extended the suspension of granting yearly leaves to all ministry employees until the end of February but has given the authority to the assistant undersecretary to decide on the leaves to medical staff — technicians, assistant technicians, and administrative employees who are exempted from the decision, each in his specialization, taking into account the need for work and the continuity of service.
Al-Anba has learned this comes out of the Ministry’s keenness to organize work and provide the best services, and in view of the continuing global epidemiological health situation and the developments resulting from the spread of the mutated Coronavirus. The Ministry of Health has suspended vacations for employees from December 26, 2021, until the end of January 2022.
