MOH establishes call center to receive inquiries, complaints from Afiya retirees

The Minister of Health, Dr. Khaled Al-Saeed, announced the opening of a direct call center concerned only with receiving inquiries and complaints from “retirees” benefiting from “Afiya” services, indicating that it will begin work as of today, Wednesday, from 7:30 in the morning until 1.45 in the afternoon.

The Minister indicated this aims to ensure the level of service provided to retirees participating in a wellness card and to deal with complaints directly, pointing out that a hotline has been allocated, which is 22965856 to receive the calls of retirees reports a local Arabic daily.

Al-Saeed said the ministry values the role of the of Health Insurance Department for its supervisory role, according to what is stated in the Wellness Contract 3 to ensure the service reaches the retired at the required level.
