The Ministry of Health has denied stopping Afiya — health insurance program for retirees — saying this explains what has been circulated in this regard.
The Ministry noted there is a direct call center at the Ministry of Health, to receive inquiries or complaints from the beneficiaries of the program, from 7:30 am to 1:45 pm, via the hotline 22965856, reports Al-Rai daily.
The aim of this service is to improve the quality of service to the beneficiaries.
