The ministry sources told Al-Jarida daily there are 46 mental health clinics in the primary health care system distributed over in all health regions in the country, pointing out that these clinics provide diagnostic and treatment services for common mental illnesses but do not include emergency cases.
The sources also indicated that the Ministry of Health has launched a service for pre-booking appointments for mental health clinics in the primary health care system, by activating a link.
On the other hand, the Ministry provided the antiseptic cidex solution, which is used in surgical operations in its facilities, especially in the Chest Diseases Hospital, where this solution is used in open heart operations.
